Job Description
Position:
Production Machine Operator – Electronics
Location:6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377, United States
Pay Rate – $17.50/hr for 1st shift and 19.25 USD hourly on W2 for 2nd shift
Shift : 1st shift, 6,30 am – 3.00 pm/2nd Shift- 3.30pm – 12.00 am (OT required)
Drug test required
Description:
- This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills.
Primary Focus
- Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards
- Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
- Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
- Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
- Log production data and report any defects or process deviations
- Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects
- Perform material movements through integrated systems
- Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems
Minimum Requirements
Education: High school diploma or technical certification.
Experience: Less than 1-year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures ; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface ; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
