The Nurse Practitioner oversees the quality of medical care delivered to meet the healthcare needs of patients at Brynn Marr Hospital.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform History and Physical examinations on all newly admitted patients.
• Provide medical consultations as needed.
• Complete documentation to adhere to accepted medical standards of care.
• Provide medication management as needed.
• Appropriately request consultations when indicated.

Education: Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license to practice in the state.

Experience: Prefer minimum of three years experience as a nurse practitioner including medication management.

License/Certification: Maintains national certification in nurse practitioner specialty area.

Skills: Strong clinical physical assessment skills and knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology.
