Med‑Surg nurses provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and manage patients with pharmaceuticals to control illness. They must be well‑versed in a broad range of medical conditions.

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other team members.

• Active RN License
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certifications
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
