Job Overview
Cape Fox Concentric Methods, LLC is accepting resumes for a Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health unit to provide full‑time services to our deserving Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. One year of Behavioral Health experience after graduation is required. The hourly rate for this position has been established at $42.83. This includes a base hourly range of $37.74 for up to 40 hours per week, plus an additional $5.09 per hour for Health & Welfare (H&W) as required by Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.
The rate represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Perform physical exams and health histories.
- Formulate and carry out a goal‑directed plan that is based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes, prioritized according to patient needs and available resources including time, personnel, equipment, and supplies.
- Identify patient/significant other learning needs and implement appropriate measures to meet identified needs.
- Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
- Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
- Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
- Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
- Provide concise documentation of care and recommendations in the patient’s medical record within 24 hours after the patient is seen.
- Participate in group medical appointments including Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) and Drop‑in Group Medical Appointments (DIGMA).
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing from a college or university accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience in Behavioral Health.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in any of the 50 states.
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, from 06:30 to 19:00 for an 8.5 or 9‑hour shift, including an uncompensated 30‑minute or 1‑hour meal break, depending on shift length.
