ResponsibilitiesProvides direct care to the obstetrical patient. Responsible for assessment, medication administration, carrying out provider orders, evaluating their effect, documenting care provided, and communicating with the care team.
Qualifications- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing
- Current, unencumbered North Carolina or compact state RN License
- Current BLS certification
- NCI certification and Team STEPPS training within 90 days
- NRP certification and ACLS within 6 months
One year of clinical experience in area of clinical specialty is preferred. New graduates upon completion of RN residency program are preferred.
