Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team on a PRN or part-time basis, delivering primary and episodic care in skilled nursing facilities.
You’ll manage your own panel, build relationships with patients and families, and chart from home when possible. You'll see 16–20 patients daily, handle wellness visits and chronic conditions, and collaborate with physicians and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
