Licensed Practical Nurse

• Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated patients during evening shifts
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and routine sick call
• Document care accurately in EHR and paper records as required
• Respond to medical emergencies and support providers and RNs
• Maintain infection control and safety standards within the facility
• Coordinate with custody staff to ensure secure, timely patient care
• Support chronic disease and psychiatric care plans
• Educate patients on medications, procedures, and health maintenance
• Ensure compliance with state, facility, and company healthcare policies
