Travel Nurse – RN – Medical Surgical​/Telemetry

Role: An experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse providing patient care in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and procedures.
• Administer medications and document accurately.
• Coordinate and provide patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and ensure adequate supplies.
• Transport patients as needed and perform other assigned duties.
• Share on-call responsibilities with prompt response times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school; certifications may be required.
• Physical ability to lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and move patients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Technical proficiency in operating equipment and assisting with procedures.
• Capable of managing multiple interactions and working independently or under supervision.
• Excellent visual and communication skills.
