• Serious upside — Top earners bring in up to $7,500/month
• Reliable pay — Weekly direct deposit, plus full benefits including medical benefits and PTO
• Real growth path — Training provided from day one, with opportunities to move into sales or leadership as you prove yourself

What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and spark genuine conversations about their roofing needs
• Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to our sales team
• Build relationships and represent the Elite Roofing brand with professionalism and energy

You'll Thrive Here If You're

• A natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong work ethic
• Available full-time and ready to hit the ground running
• Coachable and excited to learn — no prior experience needed
