All-Source Intelligence Analyst

With the volume of information available today, a skilled analyst must identify the most important data, synthesize it, and deliver insights that directly support warfighter readiness.
OpportunityAs an All‑Source Intelligence Analyst supporting the Marine Corps, you will apply analytical tradecraft, regional awareness, and problem‑solving mindset to help the service understand emerging threats and global instability. You will focus on foundational intelligence monitoring within the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) area of responsibility, tracking instability and malign state influences that may impact the Marine Corps’ global crisis response mission.
WhatYou’ll Work On
- Monitor, triage, and assess all‑source intelligence reporting to identify significant developments within the AFRICOM AOR.
- Provide foundational regional analysis in direct support of the Marine Corps for Global Response.
- Research and integrate multi‑disciplinary intelligence (CI, HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT) into broader assessments on regional stability and activity.
- Develop and maintain foundational intelligence products, including country studies, threat group profiles, and orders of battle.
- Assist mid‑level and senior analysts in building more complex and predictive assessments.
- Produce and brief intelligence summaries for Marine Corps staff on African regional security issues.
- Document and maintain all source references used in analytic production.
- Apply structured analytic techniques and emerging tools to basic analytic tasks.
- Draft intelligence summaries and contribute to formal reporting across classification levels from Unclassified to Secret.
- 1+ years of experience conducting all‑source intelligence analysis.
- Experience drafting intelligence summaries or analytic inputs in standard intelligence writing style.
- Ability to learn and apply new analytic software, databases, and tools.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Experience in the operational Marine Corps intelligence community collections and fires targeting cycle.
- Experience with open‑source intelligence exploitation tools.
- Experience conducting all‑source analysis at a national‑level agency.
- Experience performing link analysis, such as Analyst Notebook.
- Experience with AFRICOM.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, experience, and contract‑specific requirements.
