Exercise Planner

Patriot Group International, Inc. is seeking an Exercise Planner. This position is based out of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and will report to the Program Manager. Job duties and functions include:

• Residing within the RRTEG and capturing lessons learned during and after exercises.
• Ensuring daily evaluation reports are distributed to each discipline chief.
• Developing scenario-based training suited to evaluate the integration of multiple intelligence operations.
• Interacting with civilian authorities and law enforcement agencies, managing all Realistic Military Training requirements.
• Developing and synchronizing all required briefs and reports for exercise execution.
• Supporting the exercise Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate process and the implementation of Operations and Intelligence Fusion.
• Supporting the implementation of exercise storylines and vignettes and all exercise master storyline events.
• Coordinating with RRTEG personnel to capture input for and the preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR), evaluations or other required documents.

Experience required:

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Former Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Warrant Officer or Officer.
• 10 years SOF operations and/or intelligence experience.
• 3 years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of SOCOM exercises.
• Must possess a U.S. Government TOP SECRET/SCI.
• Conducted GOV/local municipality coordination for at least 2 major SOF exercises in urban environments.
• Coordinated and conducted live fire weapons training in at least 2 complex OCONUS locations.

Travel:
Travel is required to various CONUS locations. Travel shall be required to travel up to 50% in the performance of assigned duties.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to physically participate in dynamic training exercises in support of special operation forces.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions.
