Full-Time | Jacksonville, NC Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.

• Installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Setting and connecting indoor and outdoor units
• Installing refrigerant, gas, water, and condensate lines
• Testing and verifying system performance
• Ensuring installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• Maintaining safe work practices and a professional job site
• Providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process

• At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal certification
• Valid driver s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

• HVAC trade school education
• NATE certification
• Experience working with a variety of residential HVAC systems
