Job Description Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues accurately.
• Repair water, drain, sewer, and gas piping systems.
• Install water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer line repairs.
• Install and repair faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and fixtures.
• Complete whole-home repipes.
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
• Maintain accurate job notes using mobile software.
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all plumbing codes and company safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing problems independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

• North Carolina Plumbing License or willingness to obtain one.
