We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warranty Field Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and supporting smooth jobsite and warranty operations. If you enjoy working with others, solving problems, and being an essential part of a homebuilding team -- this role offers variety, stability, and growth.

• Communicate professionally with the Warranty Coordinator, Superintendents, trade partners, and homeowners
• Complete minor punch items and small repairs as directed
• Report larger punch items or trade-specific issues to the Warranty Coordinator
• Identify and report issues proactively to avoid delays or defects
• Work in occupied homes with respect for personal space and belongings
• Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through text or email
• Use Build Pro/Hyphen to help create work orders for warranty tickets
• Assist with scheduling warranty orientations and one-year warranty walkthroughs
• Keep an organized calendar and manage time efficiently
• Answer warranty calls and make emergency on-site visits as needed
• Assist superintendents and other field technicians as schedule allows, with direct reporting to Warranty Coordinator and Production Manager.
• Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from multiple job sites
• On-call as needed

• Valid driver's license and clean 5-year driving record (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues early
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills for tools, materials, and field documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well with a team and maintain a professional attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work in varying weather conditions

• 2+ years of construction experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer/technology skills for logs, checklists, and Hyphen
• Experience with Hyphen/Build Pro
