What You'll Do:- Provide care and support to youth in a structured, therapeutic setting
- Document behaviors, support progress, and ensure safety
- Lead skill-building and behavior management activities
- 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Able to physically assist clients and drive a company vehicle (valid driver's license)
