• Provide care and support to youth in a structured, therapeutic setting
• Document behaviors, support progress, and ensure safety
• Lead skill-building and behavior management activities

• 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to physically assist clients and drive a company vehicle (valid driver's license)

Methodist Home for Children works to ensure safe, nurturing homes for children while working to eradicate the social and family problems that lead to abuse, neglect, family disruption, and abandonment.
