Job Summary

Class A CDL Drivers – Home Weekly, Earn $1400-$2000+/Week (Full Time)

Looking for Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable experience in the last three years. The role guarantees a salary plus extra pay per shipment and full benefits after 60 days. Drivers will home weekly (not guaranteed weekends) and may bring riding and pets after training.

• Pick up loads at the distribution center just outside Front Royal; trailers are pre‑loaded and hook‑and‑go.
• Unload 2–4 stops per trailer, placing boxes weighing 1–35 lbs on a conveyor into the store; no inventory or merchandising required.
• Complete a 34‑hour reset at home while remaining on the load when possible; finish deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Attend a 2‑day orientation in Dayton (paid $85/Day) covering transportation, hotel, meals, and initial training.
• Participate in 3–5 days of paid training at the daily rate of $215/Day, with the option to double‑bunk or use your own truck.

• Valid Class A CDL with at least one year of verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Pass a urine drug test; no failed or refused drug tests, even if you have completed SAP.
• Willingness to be flexible regarding training arrangements and to drive to the airport for pick‑ups.
• Ability to park tractor and trailer for home‑weekly trips; knowledge of state routes in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC.

• Daily salary: $215 per day.
• Trailer unloading bonus: $300 per trailer.
• Average weekly earnings: $1,400 – $2,000+.
• Full benefits coverage after 60 days of employment.
• Training: 3–5 days paid at $215 / day.
• Orientation: 2 days, paid $85 / day (transportation, hotel, and meals covered).
• Ability to bring rider and pet after training completion.

Driver will receive full benefits after 60 days, and has the possibility to bring a rider and a pet with them once training is completed.
