Jacksonville, NC Department Operations Job  Type Full-Time Compensation $15 - $17 per hour (USD)
** Carolina Comfort Air, Inc., a growing and fast moving Heating and Air Conditioning company and is seeking for a Warehouse Assistant to help prepare our TEAM for the day ahead. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for receiving shipments, stocking shelves, staging jobs and other miscellaneous tasks to help our TEAM work as efficiently as possible. All full time employees will be offered medical, dental, vision and 401k retirement after 90 days.
**** Primary Responsibilities and Expectations
*** Assist in unloading trucks and checking materials
* Prepare orders by processing request and supply orders, pulling materials
* Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to organizational standards
* Open boxes, crates and other containers
* Assist in counting physical inventory
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by keeping shelves and work station neat, sweep, dusted and mopped.
* Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
* Wear the proper safety equipment
* Must be able to report to work on time

* Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid Driver's License with 2 years driving experience

* Experience:

1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred but not necessary
* Candidate must be dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Hours:

Monday-Friday 4:00am-1:00pm (Occasional Saturdays)
