Position Overview

At Federal Heath, our success is a direct result of our exceptional people. We are looking to add a talented and motivated Program Coordinator who shares our values of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and mutual respect to our Jacksonville, TX or Racine, WI team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all process activities for the assigned accounts.
  • Manage timelines, tracking through each phase of the program.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders aware of the timelines.
  • Maintain budget control of the project, including status reports.
  • Update status reports and attend weekly status meetings.
  • Meet revenue forecast for coordinated locations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction internally and externally.
  • Achieve timely closings to meet weekly forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or project management experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents such as invoices, reports, and procedure manuals.
  • Skilled at writing reports and internal/external communications and correspondence.
  • Able to present information and respond to questions from coworkers and customers.
  • Strong mathematical skills: comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating rates, ratios, percentages, and square footage.
  • Reasoning ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Must meet deadlines; must have self‑discipline, time‑management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and email.
