Job Summary
This role will operate in the capacity of a service transformation analyst, focusing on centralizing servicing across BUSA products. The individual will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of service strategies, developing service models, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance client service experiences. This role also involves data analysis, market segmentation recommendations, and the development of client interaction models.
Responsibilities- Support the design of the service strategy to deliver exceptional client service across the banking life cycle, including account opening, new products, and post‑origination service experiences.
- Develop a bespoke service model to centralize banking services, ensuring clients can receive assistance for any UBS BUSA product from a single point of contact.
- Create a multi‑channel service and support strategy to enhance client accessibility and convenience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather necessary input and feedback for the BUSA Service Transformation delivery.
- Support the development of comprehensive recommendations on market segmentation that align with current business and service practices while enabling future go‑to‑market strategies.
- Develop client service coverage models that cater to both wealth management clients and bank‑only clients.
- Establish interaction models between clients and various teams, including sales, service, and product specialists, to streamline communication and service delivery.
- Engage in data collection, draw insights from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- A university degree or ideally 2+ years of equivalent experience in service strategy, general strategy, or management consulting.
- Experience in financial services for ideally 2+ years.
- Knowledge and passion for growth strategy, service team structure, and operations excellence.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power
BI. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative team setting.
- Highly organized with a willingness to remain responsive.
- Experience in Agile environments.
