We are looking to add a customer service representative to our food service department.
Pay: $15-$16 (weekly pay)
Schedule: Rotates – 7am - 2:30pm & 10am - 6pm, every other weekend.
Location: Jacksonville, TX
- Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
- Provide patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact
- Receive and process phone orders
- Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system
- Make meal rounds and collect survey information
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Must have customer service experience
- Must be familiar with Excel
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
