LHH is partnering with a large, growing HVAC company in search of a Quality Engineer for their Jacksonville, TX location. In this job you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and control processes within the HVAC manufacturing plant. This role involves conducting inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products meet quality standards, identifying and resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
This is a direct hire job that will work onsite, full time and is offering a salary paying between $85K – $110K/year. Here are more details about this job:
- Developing, implementing and maintain quality assurance and control process within the HVAC manufacturing plant
- Conducting inspections, audits and test to ensure products meet quality standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality processes and product design
- Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles, preferably in the HVAC or related manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer – CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are a plus
