LHH is partnering with an HVAC manufacturer on a search for a Quality Supervisor to work in their Jacksonville, TX location. This is a national company that has tremendous stability and has been in business for over 35 years. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Technicians in their day-to-day activities providing training, insight and mentorship. You will also lead root cause analysis and corrective actions as well as develop quality management systems (ISO
9001:2015). This is a direct hire job that works full-time onsite and they are offer a salary between $80K - $100K depending on experience. Here are more details about this job:
- Collaboration with multiple department heads to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Support internal external audits, monitor and analyze quality KPIs
- Drive APQP activities including PFMEA reviews, control plan development and process validation
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field
- 7+ Years of experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong LEAN, quality tools and/or methodologies required
- Experience in HVAC, metal fabrication or similar manufacturing a plus
- 401K Plan with match
- Vacations (15 days 1st year), 10 paid holidays
