LU-VE Group is seeking a Proposal Engineer in Jacksonville, Texas to support our Sales Department. This role requires leading technical proposal development, managing customer support teams, and identifying growth opportunities in the commercial refrigeration and data center cooling markets.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, over 7 years of experience in HVAC, and strong leadership and communication skills. Occasional travel may be required to other facilities for collaboration.
