Position Overview

TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week assignment in Jacksonville, Texas, starting ASAP.

• Assist patients with speech, voice, or swallowing impairments and evaluate and develop a plan of care in an acute care setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create individualized treatment and therapy plans for a diverse patient population.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders, causes, disabilities, and traumatic events.
• Report progress and status to appropriate parties, including family, teachers, and medical professionals.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and/or insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification and ASHA‑SLP National Certification with state‑specific licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Additional Certifications may be required before assignment.

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40‑hour weeks (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
