Human Resources Coordinator

Join Bealls Inc onsite in Jacksonville, TX as a Human Resources Coordinator supporting operating units with HR programs, employee relations, and performance management.

• Act as an employee champion and change agent by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.
• Build partnerships across HR to deliver value-added services to management and employees aligned to business objectives.
• Implement and administer Bealls HR policies and procedures.
• Provide daily guidance and service to leadership on employee relations and performance management topics.
• Support HR programs designed to improve the associate experience.
• Partner with Logistics and Corporate HR teams on benefit administration, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and open enrollment processes.
• Support the benefit administrator with enrollment form issues, supplemental document requests, FMLA and Short Term Disability eligibility questions, and third-party contact follow-ups.
• Serve as a liaison between Payroll and Logistics Management to address time clock, punch issues, approved time off, and pay-related concerns.
• Support Operations Management with timely processing of associate forms such as Employee Classification Wage Change (ECWC), Termination Form, Review Forms, Counseling Forms, and I-9 documentation.
• Maintain and update the Separation, Counseling and Coaching Database; coordinate with Operations Management to input data and track changes.
• Assist with planning and oversight of associate engagement activities, including company picnic, team building events, celebrations, and job & health fairs.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding associate business and operations; elevate employee relations matters to the HR Manager or HR Director.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources or Operations experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) is preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of human resource management and knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate logically and clearly in group and one-on-one settings.
• Strong computer skills including Word
  , Excel
  , and Power Point .
• General experience with HRIS (
  Oracle, Legions
  ) and ATS (
  Taleo
  ) preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work requirements.
• Self-directed, multi-tasking, hands-on, action oriented, and able to perform in high-pressure, dynamic situations.
• Goal oriented and customer focused with the ability to exercise strong independent judgment.

Salary: USD 18 - 20 per hourly
