Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Overtime available evenings and weekends as business requires.

What you’ll do

Daily Operations: Support daily shop operations by performing hands-on tasks such as fabrication, assembly, maintenance, material handling, and equipment operation to keep the shop running efficiently.

Collaboration: Work closely with shop personnel and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, contributing positively to team productivity.

Quality and Safety: Inspect materials and finished work for quality and proper fit, identify and report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions, and strictly follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Equipment Handling: Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and properly, assist skilled trades personnel, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Work Environment: Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, assist with inventory and material organization, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in shop, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or fabrication environments.
  • Welding, cutting, or basic fabrication experience.
  • Mechanical or equipment repair skills.
  • Forklift or material-handling experience.
  • Ability to read basic shop drawings or blueprints.
  • Experience with grinders, drills, saws, presses, and other shop equipment.
Nice-to-haves
  • Strong communication written and verbal, detail oriented.
  • Commitment to quality, and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Dependable work habits with ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
