Position Overview

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Full‑Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Departments at our facilities in Louisiana and Texas.

• CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center – Shreveport, LA
• CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center – Longview, TX
• CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Jacksonville, TX
• CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital – Texarkana, TX
• CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler, TX

These departments emphasize a cohesive and collaborative approach, providing a diverse case mix that excludes hearts or transplants. The Jacksonville facility is an independent model. Positions are hospital‑employed W‑2 at Level 2–4 trauma centers and offer a positive work/life balance with mentorship for new graduates.

• Broad case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eye, electrophysiology, gastrointestinal, and obstetrics.
• Utilization of new anesthesia equipment such as Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, Glide Scopes, and computerized EPIC charting.
• Flexible scheduling with opportunities for 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts;
  Shreveport has a 24‑hour shift available.

• Competitive starting salary for experienced CRNAs; new graduates welcomed.
• Guaranteed 40‑hour/week pay and a premium pay rate of $200 per hour for any time over 40 hours in a work week.
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and holidays paid at 1.5× rate.
