Registered Nurse - Acute MedSurgical

Role Overview: This position requires an experienced nurse capable of practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care aligned with ANA standards and organizational competencies, including patient assessment, medication administration, and treatment monitoring.
• Delegate tasks appropriately to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and available resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or under a compact agreement.
• BLS certification required.
