• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs in accordance with their practice level.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor for side effects, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and available resources.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

This role involves working PRN (as needed) on a per diem basis, with responsibilities aligned to leadership competencies related to self, others, and leaders.
