Baptist Health is seeking an RN to provide supervision and coordination of nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, care planning, and interventions, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care plans.
Required degree in nursing with BSN preferred. Active RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on the assigned area.
