Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The main priority of Deli/Bakery Associates is to prepare quality products for customers. Associates engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise onto the sales floor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food safety standards are critical to the team’s success.
