Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix. Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates. Build rapport with customers over the phone to ensure understanding, provide exceptional service and close business. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsand Education Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers via phone required
- Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
- Ability to multi-task as position will require data entry while on the phone.
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Physical Requirements
- Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
- Ability to work long hours as needed
- Long periods of sitting
