Job Title: Lead Commercial HVAC Technician Pay Rate: $45/hr

- Daily variety – work on a rangeof HVAC systems in commercial buildings, schools, and industrialfacilities. chillers, boilers, air handling units (AHUs), variablerefrigerant flow (VRF) systems, and building automation systems (BAS).

- Troubleshooting Diagnostics &Optimization:
Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of commercial HVACsystems to ensure optimal operation. - Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as filter replacements, system inspections, and performanceassessments
- Controls Integration: Collaborate on integrating HVACsystems with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to optimize energyefficiency and performance.
- Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to assess HVAC needs and provide informed recommendations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres tosafety protocols and complies with relevant regulations.
This Job Is:
Open to Universal EPA & HVACCommercial Techs with 3+ years of experience. Good fit for an industry-passionate Tech looking to grow their career Great place to grow andhave a supportive company with great union benefits.
- Knowledge of the latest HVACtechnologies and trends in the commercial sector.
- Excellent communication skillsfor client and team interactions.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and diagnostics.
- Universal EPA, OSHA 10 or 30certification - preferred
- Leadership experience training and managing Techs and Installers
- Able to travel 24-50% of the time including some over night.
- Proficiency in reading HVACblueprints and technical diagrams.
- Experience with BAS integration and HVAC control systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid HVAC certification/licenseas required by local regulations.
