Cintra Realty Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in top condition, performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, clean living environments for residents.
You'll handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance tasks, document work orders, and coordinate with property managers and vendors. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
