Cognivaton is seeking experienced Java Full Stack Tech Leads and Senior Developers with strong Golang expertise to join enterprise-scale software development programs across multiple US locations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in cloud-native environments and have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams.

As a Java Full Stack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering modern enterprise applications using Golang, Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies. You will work closely with architects, product owners, Dev Ops teams, and business stakeholders to build highly scalable microservices and distributed systems. The role requires strong hands‑on coding skills, leadership capabilities, and experience working across the full software development lifecycle.

You will contribute to architecture decisions, perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance. • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Golang and Java technologies.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Contribute to full stack application development across frontend and backend components.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software development best practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams on CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Develop and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong and recent hands‑on experience with Golang (Go) development.
• Advanced expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Full Stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed system design principles.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
