Production Associate

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to bring on General Production Associates! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a great schedule and consistent overtime potential.

** Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (OT available on Fridays)

** Job Description*
* We are looking for General Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating machines, packaging finished products, and assisting with production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate production machines and monitor performance

+ Load materials and keep machines running efficiently

+ Package finished products and prepare for shipment

+ Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards

+ Assist with moving materials and staging products

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

+ Follow all safety and production procedures

+ Support team members to meet daily production goals

** Qualifications*
* + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time

+ Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong attention to detail and reliability

+ Team-oriented with a good work ethic
