Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Millipore Sigma is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support reliable operation of biotechnology and pharmaceutical production equipment. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bioprocess, packaging, and utility systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bioprocess and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Calibrate, adjust, and test production and utilities equipment for optimal performance
• Document work in maintenance systems following GMP and safety standards
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams on root-cause analysis
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and qualifications
• Follow strict safety, environmental, and quality procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to equipment emergencies
