The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services to patients in conjunction with the Medical Director and Director of Medical Practice Operations. The nurse practitioner is an independently licensed profession, functioning within the scope of his/her license, and in accordance with MCH policies and procedures. The Nurse Practitioner works with a team to provide care to patients of all ages and medical needs.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, and must have successfully completed an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- Must have a current license to practice as an ARNP in the State of New Hampshire, must have a current DEA number, and must be insurable through MCH professional liability insurance coverage.
- Experience:
Prefer prior experience in clinical or practice setting. Geriatric care experience is also preferred.
