Perm Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Jaffrey, NH

Experience:

Prior LVN/LPN experience preferred, new grads considered

Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.90 - $27 (dependent on education and experience). Benefits include:

What You'll Do:

  • Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws, injections, and patient assessments
  • Assist with routine exams, vital signs, and patient education
  • Support physicians by preparing exam rooms and handling documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in clinical areas
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Handle patient calls and coordinate follow-up care as directed
  • Follow confidentiality protocols and uphold professional standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Perform other delegated duties as needed within scope of practice

What You Need:

  • Valid NH LVN/LPN license
  • CPR certification (additional certifications preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Emotional stability and discretion in patient care
