Mixed Animal Associate Veterinarian

Jaffrey-Rindge Veterinary Hospital is an independent mixed animal practice in beautiful southwestern New Hampshire. We are seeking a mixed animal associate as our hospital continues to grow!

The position would be 40% to 50% large animal practice with the potential for growth The patient distribution is about 50% small ruminant, 35% equine and the rest bovine, porcine, camelid, poultry, etc. The Toyota Tundra and bowie is full stocked including digital radiology, rectal ultrasound, Terafloat dental power float and Henderson castration tool

The recent addition and total remodel in 2020 included a specially designed large animal 12 x 15 foot room for truck ins with its own entrance. Porcine laryngeal blade and endotracheal tubes have been added to our in house surgery equipment for pig spays and neuters. The practice has a cloud base software system for remote use while on the farm visits.

At JRVH, we practice high quality medicine while maintaining the flexibility to meet the needs of all clients. A successful candidate will have good client communication skills, be a critical thinker and have the ability to develop and implement treatment plans for their patients. Full time benefits include CE reimbursement, licenses and dues, PTO, insurance, Simple IRA and a generous pet discount. Pay is commensurate with experience and level of production. Work life balance is important to us. All after hour small animal emergencies are referred, and we are closed on Sundays and holidays.
