Millwork Field Service Technician

Belletetes is hiring a Millwork Field Service Technician to provide warranty service and field repairs for windows and doors manufactured by Andersen and Marvin, as well as doors built in our own door shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Our goal is simple: resolve customer issues in one visit whenever possible.

This position can be conveniently located from one of our New Hampshire branch locations (Andover, Ashland, Brookline, Jaffrey, or Pembroke) offering flexibility and reduced commute time depending on where you live.

• Diagnose and repair issues with windows and doors (operation, performance, manufacturing defects)
• Perform on‑site warranty service and repairs
• Troubleshoot effectively to resolve issues
• Specify replacement parts, materials and/or other solutions
• Advise installation best practices or recommended accessories
• Maintain timely and accurate service documentation using company technology
• Communicate with homeowners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with other branch operations when not in the field

• Experience as a field service technician, carpenter, installer, mechanic or other construction professional
• Strong mechanical aptitude and creative problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency using technology (smartphones, GPS, service software, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift and handle windows and doors
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently representing the company on job sites
