• · Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• · Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
• · Install, replace, and commission new HVAC equipment and systems
• · Read and interpret plans, specifications, and equipment documentation
• · Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• · Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• · Mentor and assist apprentice and junior technicians
• · Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
• · Experience servicing and installing commercial HVAC systems
• · New Hampshire Gas Fitter’s License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• · Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of jobsite conditions
