Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Executive Assistant. The individual will be responsible for supporting Director with administrative tasks, managing expense reports, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing organizational support, and upholding confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, meetings, and organizational tasks effectively.
- Experience handling Expense Reports and financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong Executive Support skills, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external collaborators.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
