VGU is seeking Office Executives to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across departments. The role requires strong coordination abilities, documentation skills, and effective communication to ensure smooth internal and external workflows within the University.

Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between various internal departments to facilitate timely communication, approvals, and resolution of operational matters.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as vendors, service providers, visitors, and partner organizations for routine operational requirements.
- Manage and maintain physical as well as digital files, records, and documentation ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Draft, review, and respond to routine emails, circulars, and official correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain logs, trackers, registers, and MIS reports related to operational activities.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative functions including scheduling, meeting coordination, preparation of basic reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on internal requests, service requirements, and general office needs to ensure smooth functioning of operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration / Commerce preferred).

Experience:

1–4 years in administrative or operations roles, preferably in an educational or service environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills
