Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Jaipur. The Executive Assistant will support executives with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. Additional responsibilities include handling communications, organizing records, maintaining expense reports, and assisting with other administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating activities
- Ability to create, process, and manage Expense Reports effectively and accurately
- Experience in providing Executive Support and Administrative Assistance, ensuring the efficient functioning of workflows
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interactions
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
