Textile Design Intern

Job Description

We are a rapidly growing sustainable clothing brand creating linen garments and embroidered accessories for children and women. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade in our cozy Jaipur studio using Oeko-Tex certified linen, with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and slow fashion values.

Internship Details

- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (Paid Internship)

Textile Designer Intern – Your Responsibilities

- Assist in developing textile concepts for seasonal collections
- Create embroidery designs, surface patterns, and placement layouts
- Research fabrics, textures, and sustainable material options
- Develop color stories and textile mood boards
- Support fabric testing and sampling processes
- Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility
- Prepare design files for embroidery and production
- Document textile developments and maintain organized records

Who You Are

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Textile Design
- Passionate about sustainable and slow fashion
- Strong understanding of fabrics, surface design, and embroidery techniques
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
- Appreciates craftsmanship and handmade textile processes
