What You'll Do
Content Creation & Production
Plan and execute photo and video shoots
Shoot and edit content for You Tube (long-form) and Instagram (Reels, short-form)
Apply cinematic storytelling techniques to capture the spirit of art and creative communities
Handle lighting setup, camera operation, and professional audio recording
Manage production inventory, data backup, and shoot logistics
Post-Production & Design
Edit video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Retouch and colour-grade using Photoshop and Lightroom
Create visual assets for digital platforms using Illustrator and the broader Adobe Creative Suite

What We're Looking For
Good photography and videography skills — camera handling, lighting, and audio
Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite:
Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom; basic Illustrator
Genuine understanding of cinematic and visual storytelling for digital audiences
Organised approach to data management, cataloguing, and inventory
Basic knowledge of sound design, colour grading, and motion graphics is a plus.
Passion for producing engaging video content.
