We are seeking a highly creative Videographer & Video Editor to capture and produce compelling visual content that brings our ecosystem to life. Crucially, you understand the "psychology of the scroll"—you know how to build undeniable ad hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds and sustain high viewer retention.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in camera work, lighting, composition, and post-production. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver high-impact content across Instagram Reels, You Tube, Stories, and ad channels.
What You Will Be Doing
End-to-End Production:
Handle hands-on camera work, lighting setup, framing, and composition for premium brand shoots.
Flawless Asset Integration:
Seamlessly blend shoot-based footage, stock video, photos, and digital assets (utilizing platforms like Envato Elements) into cohesive, high-production-value sequences.
AI-Powered Workflows:
Utilize cutting-edge AI video creation and editing platforms to generate visual assets, enhance videos, automate workflows, and develop innovative content formats.
Audio & Caption Polish:
Select and sync background music that amplifies the mood and narrative. Write and refine high-retention, dynamic on-screen captions to maximize audience engagement.
Social Optimization:
Craft dynamic cuts, cinematic emotional edits, and high-hook thumbnails tailored for maximum performance on social platforms.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Core Skills
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on video editing experience, specifically producing luxury, high-end brand content.
Software Proficiency:
Strong expertise in standard editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and Canva (for quickly pulling/tweaking graphic assets and thumbnails).
Technical Editing:
Proven experience in cinematic storytelling, rapid pacing, color grading, and basic sound design.
Creative Mindset:
Strong storytelling instincts, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Portfolio: A proven portfolio demonstrating high-retention edits and premium brand work is required.
AI & Next-Gen Tooling
AI Tooling Expertise:
Hands-on experience with AI video creation and editing platforms such as Runway, Pika, Kling AI, Veo, Luma AI, Descript, Synthesia, or similar tools.
Prompt Engineering:
Ability to write effective, precise AI prompts to generate high-quality video content and visuals.
Preferred Qualifications
Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of Dubai/UAE luxury aesthetics, storytelling, culture, and market trends.
