Role Overview We are looking for a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer who can develop strong visual concepts and create impactful designs for both print and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of branding, layouts, typography, colours and print production. The person should be comfortable working on multiple projects and coordinating with the marketing and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design social-media creatives, advertisements, banners and digital campaigns
• Create brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, posters and corporate stationery
• Design hoardings, flex banners, standees, signboards and other large-format materials
• Develop branding concepts, logos, brand identities and presentation layouts
• Create designs for retail branding, exhibitions, events and promotional campaigns
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper dimensions, bleed, colour mode and resolution
• Adapt approved designs into multiple sizes and formats
• Coordinate with printing, CNC, laser, UV and signage-production teams
• Understand client briefs and convert them into effective visual communication
• Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Maintain organised project files, fonts, images and final artwork
• Suggest creative concepts and improvements instead of only executing instructions
Required Skills
• Strong command of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, spacing and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both print and digital media
• Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, bleed, resolution and print-ready file preparation
• Ability to design large-format branding and signage artwork
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an advantage
Experience 2–5 years of relevant graphic-design experience
Candidates with experience in a printing, advertising, branding, signage or creative agency will be preferred.
