As we aggressively scale our acquisition campaigns, we are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our growth team as a  Mid-Senior Video Editor .

Role Overview :
If you understand that the first 3 seconds of a video dictate its success, and you love blending visual storytelling with data-driven creative strategies, this role is for you. You will be solely responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and delivering high-octane video assets that drive high-conversion performance marketing campaigns across  Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and You Tube .

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Ads:  Produce high-converting video formats (UGC-style edits, engaging hooks, mashups, script-based explainers) built specifically to maximize CTR and ROAS.
End-to-End Post-Production:  Manage advanced video editing, sound design, color grading, and dynamic typography using the Adobe Suite.
Platform-Specific Optimization:  Deliver perfectly formatted video variants tailored to channel best practices (9:16 Reels/Shorts, 1:1 Feeds, 16:9 You Tube Ads).
Data-Driven Iteration:  Collaborate directly with growth marketers to review ad performance data and rapidly deploy fresh hook variations or A/B testing formats.
Motion Graphics & Branding:  Elevate our brand identity by incorporating clean animations, motion tracking, and premium visual assets.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience:

4 to 5 years of professional video editing experience, preferably with an agency, EdTech company, or high-growth B2C brand.
Software Mastery:  Elite-level proficiency in  Adobe Premiere Pro  and  Adobe After Effects  is mandatory.
Motion Graphics Toolset:  Strong expertise in kinetic typography, motion tracking, transitions, and graphical overlays.
Direct-Response Acumen:  A proven understanding of direct-response marketing principles (retention rates, hooks, CTA positioning).

Location:

Must be willing to work full-time on-site at our office in  Jaipur .
